I’m a product designer with an industrial design background from Hongik University. I design for everyone who shapes an experience, not just the person at the screen. Right now I’m at Vroong, learning to measure design against product goals.

How I work

Ask until it makes sense.

In a new domain, I figure out what I don’t know yet, then ask what the work needs right now.

Design for everyone involved.

A fix for one user can mean extra work for an operator or partner, so I map how the pieces connect before changing them.

Question the brief, then build.

I check that the brief describes the real problem, then shape the answer as a screen, a service, or a workflow.
